Chaya Brian Carvalho, CEO & MD, BC Web Wise is the founder of this online advertising boutique head-quartered in Mumbai. Chaya has always been a woman who has done things differently.

After completing graduation in science, she went on to explore the world of journalism. Reaching the level of an Assistant Editor with Business Today (a leading fortnightly business publication) and with 10 years of writing about the advertising, marketing and media industry and the consumer product industry Chaya realized she wanted to strike out on her own in the media business.

With true grit and gumption that is characteristic of her, she gave it all up to start her own portal – tips4me.com in March 2000. Tips4me.com is a community portal with 18 channels of surfer interest ranging from beauty to dating and homecare to car care.

The company’s understanding of internet community and building consumer loyalty for tips4me channels led to business interest from corporates wanting to build communities for their brands. This led Chaya to foray into the area of online communication strategies for various brands and corporations and thus started the journey of BC Web Wise.

Life changed completely for Chaya, her time completely dedicated to her baby – BC Web Wise. Today BC Web Wise can claim to be India's no. 1 agency in online communication with the largest portfolio across all sectors.

Chaya continues to be the avant-garde and feisty woman that she is, running the company and runs the company together with a very passionate and highly talented team. Hubby Brian & her two and a half year old son Joshua are the two loves of her life, the third one being BC Web Wise.
