ASUS 'See Ganesha'

The Goal

The goal was to engage with ASUS fans through social media and showcase the newly launched ASUS Zenfone 2. Through social media we aimed to promote its excellent features that included the Pixelmaster camera that revolutionalized mobile photography. To engage with the ASUS fans on social media platforms, we asked them to use #SeeWhatOthersCantSee and share a caption for the album with us.


We wanted to highlight ASUS Zenfone 2's feature – the exquisite and powerful Pixelmaster camera. This we did in order to showcase to its followers, the phone's Resolution Mode. The highly detailed photography with minimalistic treatment was used across a number of social creatives and shared by ASUS on its social media pages in an album. Various features of Zenfone 2's PixelMaster camera like Miniature mode, Super HDR mode, Low Light Photography mode, etc. were used to capture the pictures.

By getting the users to learn about its camera's ability to capture detailed images of resolutions of up to 52MP, we created a social media campaign which also celebrated Ganesh Utsav in a rather unique fashion. ASUS followers were asked to share a caption for the album using #SeeWhatOthersCantSee, across Facebook and Twitter.

We rolled out a series of visuals shot on Zenfone 2 using its PixelMaster features. The pictures depicted various naturally occurring and delicate forms of the deity in sprouted pulses getting the fans to 'see – what others can't see'. The entries with the best captions won goodies from ASUS.


The album reached out to 3 million users on Facebook and received over 13000 likes across posts. #SeeWhatOthersCantSee gathered great responses on Twitter as well. The brand thus built a subtle presence around the festive season and at the same time promoted the flagship phone ZenFone2.
