You will play a critical role in leading a team of Senior and Junior Designers and managing a set of brands at BC Web Wise. Your work will include Pitching for New Business, Social Media Retainers, Campaigns, Production Team Support, Media Creatives, Websites, App Design and Branding.

We are looking out for a highly driven individual with the ability to lead, manage and drive projects in a fast paced environment, you must have a Birds Eye View on Project Management and Execution and the foresight to spot problems and call them out early on. You must be able to mentor your team and be able to jump in and design creatives at speed on your own for Pitches.

  • Pitches - You will work on a minimum of 3 pitches a month and must have a highly evolved sense of design aesthetic and a Portfolio of work that is testament to the same.

  • Research - You must be able to do your own research from a Design point of view on competitor brands and present findings to suggest Re-Design strategies every Quarter.
